    Suriya and Shruti Haasan star in 7aam Arivu, directed by AR Murugadoss of Ghajini fame. Suriya essays three roles in the movie – a trapeze artiste, a Buddhist monk and a scientist. Like Shahrukh Khan’s RA.One, this film is also a sci-fi thriller, the story revolving around a time machine. Suriya’s look in the film is similar to his Ghajini look, with six-pack abs and a toned body. But in 7aam Arivu, he also sports a mop of long hair. Kamal Haasan’s daughter Shruti Haasan plays the leading lady in this Tamil film. 7aam Arivu will be dubbed in Telugu and might even remade in Hindi with Aamir Khan, who also starred in Murugadoss’ Ghajini remake.     Suriya brought in his birthday on the sets of his latest venture Maatraan. The actor, who turned 36 this year, began shooting for Maatraan the same day. Till now, he was busy finishing Murugadoss’ 7am Arivu, which features Shruti Haasan as the heroine. Maatraan features Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead opposite Suriya.
