While we can imagine papa Dharmendra heaving a sigh of relief as his daughter finally decides to get hitched, the glow on mom Hema Malini’s face can’t be ignored either
Considering that a sari is still de rigueur for big fat Indian weddings and engagements, the two gorgeous women, Esha and Hema made sure they were the cynosure of all eyes by opting for six-yard beauties. As mom Hema was spotted in a simple yellow silk very elegantly teamed with temple earrings, daughter Esha wore a shaded pink net sari matched with a yellow-greenish blouse. Her accessories suited her traditional attire perfectly and husband-to-be Bharat Takhtani standing by her side looked suave in an off-white jacket and khaki pants. Although not quite up to the mark when it comes to the much needed glamour quotient, Esha’s fiancée made up for the small glitch by being extremely candid and jovial with the media. Now that’s one helluva happy occasion and we know Esha’s wedding will be a grander affair.
The first thing we want to to there is to lay our eyes on is who’s wearing what – who’s creating an impression and who’s topping our faux pas list… All we can say is that the wait is on!
