The drummer will turn composer with Arima Nambi
Popular drummer Sivamani is a composer now. He is scoring music for Vikram Prabhu‘s upcoming film Arima Nambi, produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu.
Directed by Anand Shankar, a former associate of AR Murugadoss, the movie has Priya Anand of 180 and Ethir Neechal fame as the heroine.
“I am happy about scoring music for Arima Nambi. It is a different subject,” said Sivamani, adding, “I have already completed composing four songs.”
Sivamani has played drums for MS Viswanathan, Illayaraja, AR Rahman and others. Apart from drums, he plays many instruments including octoban, darbuka, udukai, and kanjira.
