We asked you to choose the best Baahubali poster from the series of posters unveiled by director SS Rajamouli. And you guys have given your verdict
Touted to be India’s biggest motion picture, the first part of SS Rajamouli’s Bahubali is all set to see the light on July 10. While the ardent fans are eagerly waiting for the trailer to be unveiled today, the Bahubali team came up with a brilliant plan to create the buzz around the film by revealing the first look of all its major characters.
The film stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah, Ramya Krishnan, Nasser, Sathyaraj and Kiccha Sudeep in lead roles. And the first look of each and every character was excellence beyond words. But when we pitted the first look of these characters against each other, to find out which Bahubali poster was the best, it was a neck to neck contest. Tamannaah as the angelic avenger Avantika, who looked dreamy in the nicely illustrated poster, won the poll with 28% of votes. She was closely followed by the ardent disciple of Lord Shiva, Shivudu, played by Prabhas, with 26% of votes.
Anushka as the damsel in captivity manage to stir 21% of votes where as Prabhas’ first look as the title character Bahubali, the warrior king, got 16% of votes. Rana Daggubati as the evil antagonist Bhallaladeva finished last with only 8% of votes, surprising us completely as we thought his poster was one of the best.
