Will Avengers: Infinity War enter the Rs 100 crore club in its opening weekend?

Director duo Anthony Russo and Joe Russo’s Avengers: Infinity War is ready to hit the screens tomorrow and we can’t wait to experience it on the silver screen. The Marvel superhero flick is expected to open with a record-breaking response not only in India or America, but across the globe. Coming to the domestic market, generally, advance booking of any Bollywood film starts from Tuesday or Wednesday, but the for Avengers, it started from Sunday and helped the film to get a major boost at the box office.

Well, by looking at the response, we are expecting the film to open around Rs 20 to 25 crore on its first day. But do you think it can cross the Rs 100 crore mark in its opening weekend? We definitely think so because of the humongous buzz, outstanding reviews and huge fan base. The film also enjoys the advantage of being a solo release this Friday with no Bollywood biggie apart from Sudhir Mishra’s Daas Dev. Since Avengers will also have an extended weekend of 5 days, where Monday and Tuesday are partial holidays, we are sure the film will hit the century mark at the box office. If it enters the Rs 100 crore club, the MCU venture will turn out to be the fourth Hollywood film to achieve this feat after The Jungle Book, Furious 7 and Jurassic World. Made on the estimated budget of around $ 350 million, it is shot in England, Scotland, USA and Georgia. Produced by Kevin Feige, the screenplay of the film is written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely. So do you guys think, the film will hit the century in its first weekend?
