Rumour has it that the mystery attackers who intended to hurt Sivakarthikeyan were actually fans of Kamal Haasan. But what was the reason behind the attack?
Sivakarthikeyan is on a roll in Kollywood. The stand up comedian turned actor has tasted back to back success with films like Maan Karate, Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam and Kaaki Sattai.
With the release of his next film Rajini Murugan just around the corner, Sivakarthikeyan faced a minor assault at Madurai airport yesterday. The actor was on his way to Tiruchendur to attend an event along, which was also graced Kamal Haasan and Hansika Motwani. As soon as Siva walked out of the airport, his fans mobbed him and a man clad in blue shirt hit Siva from the back. And as he scrambled across too safety another man in white shirt ran to attack him.
It is being rumoured that these men who assaulted Sivakarthikeyan are fans of Kamal Haasan. It is being said that Kamal fans are not happy with Siva as he constantly keeps praising Rajinikanth and doesn’t acknowledge Kamal Haasan. Another story doing rounds are that Kamal fans are pissed with Siva as he made some negative comments about Shruti Haasan.
While it is impossible to tell that if the attackers were Kamal fans or not, Sivakarthikeyan supporters took to twitter and made #WeSupportSivaKarthikeyan trend. Siva tweeted,”Wit all ur Blessings Im Perfectly alright.Tnx 2 all d Luvly hearts 4 ur Greatest Support at Tis Moment.Ur Luv makes me Stronger.Luv U All”.
It looks like Sivakarthikeyan has got himself into trouble by getting into Kamal-Rajini fans rivalry.
