Karan Johar has been a mentor to Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra since Student Of The Year that released way back in 2012. Since then, KJo have always been there for his students and they all have been spotted together at parties and film screenings quite often. Karan recently roped in Alia and Varun to play the characters of Shiva and Sati in his magnum opus Shhuddhi. Varun was roped in after Salman Khan walked out of this ambitious project to be helmed by Karan Malhotra.
