Udaan starts with Chakor (Meera Deosthale) and Suraj(Vijayendra Kumeria) thinking of each other and missing each other. Chakor in the marketplace sees Suraj around and imagines him gifting her bangles while Suraj drives in pain as he remembers Imli’s words and he meets with an accident too. Chakor drops her shopping bags and she imagines Suraj helping her with it. Chakor gets gifts for Rannvijay’s family. The family is tensed about Chakor leaving home without informing Rannvijay. They also refuse to take the gifts from Chakor as they say that Rannvijay will not like it. Chakor tries convincing them and Rannvijay walks up behind and asks the family to take the gifts. As Chakor hands over Rannvijay’s gifts he throws it aside and shouts at Chakor for going out without taking his permission.Chakor is shocked and Rannvijay tells Chakor if she keeps doing this he will not be able to protect her from her husband. Later Chakor shows Suraj’s picture to Rannvijay’s youngest sister and says that though Suraj wants to kill her now she once loved him. She says she still wants her child to have all of Suraj’s good qualities. She says she is in love and you need to be in love to know this. The security guard says their is no one until they are keeping a guard. Imli(Vidhi Pandya) enjoys her moment sitting on Kamal Narayan’s chair. Kamal Narayan shouts at her and asks her to get up as he is still alive. Imli tells him that no one should find about what they did to Chakor especially Suraj. As they talk Ranjana walks up and asks them why they are always whispering around and what they are up to. Kamal Narayan makes an excuse and walks away. Imli too goes but bumps straight into Suraj who asks her to be careful. Suraj and Ranjana talk about their doubts regarding Imli and Kamal Narayan and Ranjana observes that Kamal Narayan had just one enemy and that was Chakor. Suraj asks her to keep her ears open and find out. Suraj sees Imli taking the car out and he follows her. Next morningChakor hears the sound again and walks down she sees a person going into one of the rooms. She follows and tries hitting the person but Rannvijay’s sister stops her saying it is her boyfriend. They tells her that Rannvijay would be very angry if he finds out. Chakor hears Rannvijay’s vehicle pulling up and they panic.
