The House Next Door trailer: Siddharth and Andrea Jeremiah’s spook-fest will give you the creeps

It’s has been a really long time that we have seen a good horror movie in Bollywood. Will that change with the upcoming trilingual, The House Next Door? The movie stars Rang De Basanti fame Siddharth and Vishwaroopam’s Andrea Jeremiah, along with National award winning actor Atul Kulkarni and Prakash Belawadi. The movie will also be released in Tamil as Aval and in Telugu as Gruham.

The trailer of the movie has landed and it is all kinds of spooky. Siddharth, a brain surgeon and his newly wedded wife, played by Andrea Jeremiah move to a cottage in a hilly place, where they are greeted by their new neighbours, a woman and a young girl. Soo they realise that there is something strange going on in their neighbour’s house, especially with the young woman being possessed by ghosts. Siddharth’s character, being too scientific, is unable to understand what’s happening around him. So there are possessions, exorcisms, women getting yanked away and spooky faces. Here’s the trailer…

The movie is directed by Milind Rau. Siddharth has also co-written and co-produced the movie. This is not the first horror movie that the actor, known for his socially conscious image, has been a part of. He was also the lead in Aranmanai 2 alongside Trisha and Hansika Motwani. Andrea Jeremiah was last in Ram’s Taramani and Mysskin’sThupparivaalan.

The House Next Door is scheduled to release on November 3.
