The Hollywood director is impressed with the actor’s performance in Water
Guess who is praising Bollywood’s hottest hunk John Abraham? Its none other than Hollywood’s ace director Steven Spielberg. You read it right folks. The model-turned-actor who is also a producer now has been garnering appreciation from the Hollywood biggies for his acting skills.
According to our khabroo, the Jurassic Park director was mighty impressed by Johnny boy’s acting skills in Water which was directed by Deepa Mehta. John appeared in a totally different avatar in Water. The film also received an Oscar nomination in the Best Foreign Language Film category.
The Dostana actor has worked in critically acclaimed films like Kabul Express and No Smoking. His latest flick, Madras Cafe directed by Shoojit Sircar is scheduled to release on August 23. The film which also features Nargis Fakhri will see John play the role of an intelligence officer.
Well, we would like to congratulate John. After all, not everyone receives appreciation from such Hollywood biggies. Do they?
