Akshay Kumar’s Singh is Bliing made a lot of records for the film and the actor in question. With 20.67 crore on its first day, the film became the highest opener for the actor ever. Obviously, that’s enough of a reason for Akshay to be happy. Its celebration got doubled when the film closed the first weekend with a good 54.44 crore which is the second highest opening weekend collection of this year. It was sure that only good things are written for this film. But Monday onwards, the drop in collection was visible and now Tuesday went further down. On its first Tuesday, the film collected 6.56 crore and took the total to 68. 10 crores.
Thanks to Gandhi Jayanti, Friday’s collections for the film were superlative. Saturday took a massive dip to 14.50 crore but Sunday again went up to more than 19 crore. That brought the total to a good 54.44 crore. The first Monday took in 7.1 crore which is a massive drop from its first day collection but seemed fine for a Monday. Tuesday went further down to 6.56 crore; the total now stands at 68.10 crore. If you see the total collection, it definitely is inspiring.
