Shraddha Kapoor and Prabhas’ Saaho finally has a release date. It is expected to release in April, the month when Baahubali 2 wreaked havoc at the box office in 2017. The teaser is expected to come out in October and the trailer in March next year. With that as the deadline, it seems Shraddha Kapoor has stepped up her work on the sets of Saaho. She is presently shooting for the film and has posted about it on her Insta story.
During an interaction with Gulf News, Prabhas had revealed a bit about Shraddha’s character in the film. “All the characters in this film have an important role to play. The story is bigger than any of us and we are connected in a different way. Each character doesn’t just come and go, because everyone has memorable parts to play,” Prabhas had informed. Turns out Shraddha will be narrating the film. Talking about the release date of the film, a source had informed a leading daily, “Filmmakers often look at dates that have worked for them in the past. After the two Baahubali movies, Prabhas has a lot more fans all over India. And since the makers want this film to do well nationally, they may finalise a date in the last week of April, in consultation with distributors across the country,” he had said. Saaho will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. Apparently, the film is being made at a budget of Rs 150 crore. Giving an insight into how the film is shaping up, Neil Nitin Mukesh, who is also part of the film, tells us, “Film is shaping up really well. Sujeeth is a fab director. Prabhas, Shraddha they are all amazing co-stars. I just shot with Murli. I am hoping soon to shoot with Jackie (Shroff) da. So yeah, looking forward.”
