Salman Khan: Tiger Zinda Hai – Rs 327.07* crore
Salman Khan’s latest blockbuster Tiger Zinda Hai has also turned out his highest grosser of all time by surpassing his previous best Bajrangi Bhaijaan at the box office. With the collections of Rs 327.07 crore, the espionage thriller shattered many box office records at the ticket window. With Tiger Zinda Hai, Salman Khan has become the only actor to have three films in 300 crore club with other being Sultan and Bajrangi Bhaijaan. In fact, Tiger Zinda Hai has also turned out to be the biggest blockbuster of Katrina Kaif, whose last ventures Jagga Jasoos, Baar Baar Dekho and Fitoor failed at the box office.
Aamir Khan: Dangal – Rs 387.39 crore
Mr. Perfectionist of Bollywood Aamir Khan again proved why he is known as the king of box office with his last release Dangal. The biographical sports drama where Aamir portrayed the character of former wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat has collected Rs 387.39 crore during its theatrical run. The film currently holds the second position in the list of highest grossers of all time after Baahubali 2.
Shah Rukh Khan: Chennai Express – Rs 227 crore
The King Khan of B-Town Shah Rukh Khan once again charmed the audience with his iconic character Rahul in Rohit Shetty’s masala entertainer Chennai Express. The romantic comedy impressed the movie buffs and earned Rs 227 crore at the domestic market. Interestingly, the film is also the highest grosser of its lead actress Deepika Padukone till date.
