Salman Khan’s Bharat to go on floors without Priyanka Chopra – read details

Salman Khan is all set to impress his fans and recover from the fiasco that Race 3 was with his next release, Bharat. The Ali Abbas Zafar directorial will release on Eid 2019 and it also stars Priyanka Chopra, Disha Patani, Tabu and Sunil Grover in pivotal roles. We earlier informed you about its Mumbai schedule and how the crew will then shoot the remaining scenes in Abu Dhabi. Now we have some more deets about the actor’s crucial project and it has just intrigued us a bit more. Well, as per the sources close to the movie, the shooting will commence from the coming Sunday i.e. June 22 and it will go on for a month. The shoot will start with an elaborate circus sequence set in the ’60s and a huge set with all the necessary props has been erected for the same. Even Ali Abbas Zafar revealed some crucial details about its plot and the idea behind creating a Russian circus set for Bharat. He said, “The idea is to create an Indian-Russian circus like Raj Kapoor’s Mera Naam Joker. Performers from all over the world are flying down for the circus tricks will be a mix of trapeze hoops and rope stunts. This is Salman and Disha’s introduction in the movie. Going further, the director even revealed when Priyanka will join the cast of her comeback Bollywood movie. He said, “We’ll be ending the Mumbai schedule with a Holi song featuring Priyanka and Salman. She joins the shoot in August and will have different looks in the film which the team has been working on in great detail as the film travels from the 1960s to the present day.” So, PeeCee will join the unit only later and it’s Disha and Salman who will be off to a good start.
