While Bollywood stunners like Deepika Padukone and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan have already impressed us with their style outings at the Cannes Film Festival 2018, fashionista Sonam Kapoor Ahuja is yet to win our heart. She is yet to set her fashion ball rolling and we hope she picks attires that resonate with the ones she picked last year. The year 2017 was the best for the actress when it came to her Cannes outings. She looked uber hot and incredibly sexy in all her different avatars and we still gush about numerous appearances. But hey, just as we are looking back at her previous fashion picks, something that stunned us before, she makes her first outing at Cannes 2018, looking chic as always. Wearing a monochrome polka dots dress by Mother of Pearls and pairing it with Burberry tote, black boots by Chloe and matching shades by Victoria Beckham, the Neerja actress looked ravishing but we expected more of her. When you have a tag of being a fashionista in the industry, you might as well live up to the hype. Clearly, Sonam’s first outing at Cannes was too blah and she could have done so much more. In fact, we believe her Prem Ratan Dhan Payo co-star, Salman Khan was successful in pulling off polka dots better than her.
Salman, who recently donned a polka dots monochrome suit for a soft drink commercial proved he can nail any damn thing. While it was very brave on the actor’s part to pick something as weird as this, we are glad he managed to nail it with so much ease. At least he looked desirable enough!
