Salman Khan, here’s an Indian girl in Pakistan looking for a Bajrangi Bhaijaan to rescue her!

Geeta is waiting to be taken home to India…

Salman Khan warmed everyone’s hearts by portraying a naive character in Bajrangi Bhaijaan who goes out of his way to take a Pakistani girl stranded in India to her home. He didn’t care for any consequence. But then that was fiction and here we have a reality. An Indian girl, who can neither speak or hear, crossed the border 13 years ago unknowingly and now wants to go back home but is unable to do so.

Named Geeta by people of the foundation Edhi Foundation where she is presently residing, the girl was a kid when she entered Pakistan without knowing what she was doing. According to reports, Geeta has only managed to point towards the Indian map on a mobile phone. She later also pointed at Jharkhand and Telangana. The shelter is taking utmost care of her. They have even kept a room especially for her where she can pray; the walls of which are adorned by pictures of Hindu gods and goddesses. They have been trying to get in touch with her family but to no avail.

It seems they are hopeful that Bajrangi Bhaijaan’s success will help them get to Geeta’s family. Well, we wish she meets her ‘Bajrangi mama’ who will tide over all odds to reunite her with her family!
