Guess her popularity in Balika Vadhu did not help her get any brownie points for NB
Smita Bansal, who delivered a baby just three to four months ago, came on Nach Baliye 5 with full-on enthusiasm and a motive to win. While she claims that it’s the love for dance that drew her towards the show, we think it’s the idea of taking a break that really scared her.
Nonetheless, the audiences have voiced their opinion, which is that the new mom should sit back and take a chill pill. It was indeed infectious to see Smita all kicked about dancing and romancing her husband on stage. While she is a good dancer, we really can’t say the same about her hubby Ankush Mohla. And although being best buds with the judge, Sajid Khan too didn’t really give him any extra points.
Wethinks Ankush will be more than thrilled to get back behind the camera and Smita will have to make do with dancing at home. Of course, the makers of Balika Vadhu will be thrilled to have their favourite mother-in-law back in action full time, so will the new born, no?
All said and done, we still love her spirit. Like we said – it’s infectious!
