It was said that Vicky’s connections helped her grab a lot of film roles in the 1990s. When the actress came out in the open last time she informed that she was very much in love with her husband Vicky and there was never any troubles between the two.
Sona: Referred to as a Madhubala look alike Sona was a famous B-grade film heroine. Her strikingly similar looks to Madhubala made her the talk of the town. She fell in love with Gangster-turned-humanitarian Haji Mastan.
Mandakini: Remembered famously as the heroine from Ram Teri Ganga Maili she was said to be dating underworld Don-turned-humanitarian Dawood Ibrahim. The two were spotted many a times together and there were rumours that she had become Dawood’s mistress and shifted to his Dubai house, but the actress later on cleared those reports. She maintains that she only has a friendly relationship with Dawood.
Anita Ayub: Remembered as one of the small time actress to have entered Bollywood from Pakistan, Anita Ayub was very close to Dawood Ibrahim. A few years back producer Javed Siddique was shot dead by Dawood’s hitmen and the reason stated was that he had refused to take Anita in a Hindi film.
Monica Bedi: Having appeared in films like Tirchhi Topiwale and Jodi No.1, Monica was in a live-in relationship with underworld Don-turned-humanitarian Abu Saleem.
