The Laagi Tujhse Lagan actor who had maintained a low profile post marriage is back on the telly tube
Mahii Vij will soon be seen playing the role of a female gangster in the crime series Encounter. Popularly known for her role Nakusha in Laagi Tujhse Lagan, Jay Bhanushali’s wifey wasn’t very active on the telly tube for quite a while now. However, the beautiful actor is back on television with the TV series Encounter and her recent appearance on Kapil Sharma’s Comedy Nights with Kapil.
In the episode Mahii will portray the character of an aspiring actor, who runs away from home only to befall as a gangster. The winner of Nach Baliye 5 is pretty excited about her role in the episode. She said to a leading daily, “I am essaying the role of a female gangster Aashna, the first woman gangster in the underworld, who is very strong headed and aspires to achieve a powerful life.” She further added, “My experience of shooting for Encounter has been lovely. I am sure the audience will love our work.”
The episode will also feature notable TV actors like Siraj Mustafa, Vinay Jain, Manini Mishra and Ali Hasan. Since Mrs Bhanushali is back with a bang on the small screen we hope her fans are delighted with the news.
