TV actress Kamya Punjabi has been at the forefront in the crusade of getting justice for late Pratyusha Banerjee. Today, she released the short film, Hum Kuch Keh Na Sakey despite Rahul Raj Singh’s lawyer obtaining a stay order against the film. The 20-minute long film traces Pratyusha’s heartbreak and depression. Kamya said that she had not received any Stay Order and decided to go ahead with the film. But this has not gone down well with Rahul who is planning to sue her for Rs one crore. Earlier, also Rahul has filed defamatory suit against Kamya for maligning his image. However, sources told entertainment portal IndiaForums.com, that Kamya did not get the stay order. It seems the actress did not allow anyone in her apartment barring her milkman and newspaper guy. Rahul Raj Singh confirmed to BollywoodLife.com that he has indeed sued Kamya for Rs one crore. As per Rahul it was Contempt of Court. However, Kamya Punjabi who was Pratyusha’s closest friend and is now looking after her parents told Indian Express, “I will release the film come what may. This was the last thing of Pratyusha with us and I had been thinking of doing something with it for a long time. So, nothing can bog me down. I am releasing it at 4pm today and it will happen.” The two ladies stuck a friendship inside the Bigg Boss house and were inseparable since then. Kamya was extremely critical of Pratyusha’s choice of Rahul Raj Singh as her life partner. The Balika Vadhu actress who was loved by millions across India hanged herself in her Goregaon apartment on April 1 in the afternoon. Rahul was the first to discover her body, which he took to Kokilaben Hospital, where she was declared dead.
