Koffee with Karan season 5 concluded two weeks ago. Last week, the episode was dedicated to Koffee Awards, and this week it was Karan’s favourite moments from the season. After revealing what he adored the most this time, Karan went on to reveal the contents of the super popular Koffee hamper. Yep! The same hamper that has the potential to turn friends into foes. You must have also wondered what exactly is in that hamper? Well, guess now more.
The first thing that Karan pulled out of the hamper was a brownie. Yep. After this disappointing start, he revealed the second gift – a coffee mug with a few health bars in it. Then came levitating speakers, personalised roasted coffee!
The first gift that caught my attention was a gift hamper by Kohler. The worth of that voucher is Rs 5 lakh. Now that is called a gift that matches the standard of the show and guests. Because don’t tell me, guests actually feel good about receiving two small packets of brownies!
A bottle of champagne, Candies by Nordic, Cheese Platter from The Label Life, Cleaning Pate by Forrest Essentials and health jars make for the rest of the hamper.
I also remember that the Koffee Hamper used to have a Macbook and sometimes an iPhone in the Koffee hampers, during the previous seasons. Well, that seems to have been replaced with a coffee French press – a good version of which costs nothing more than 3 thousand bucks.
You know what? That was a good attempt by Karan to fool us all. Because we know for a fact that these items are not all that is there in the Koffee Hamper. In the previous episode of Koffee with Karan, the host was quizzed by Malaika Arora Khan, Neha Dhupia about the contents of the hamper. Karan said champagne, cookies, coffee…pretty much the list revealed in the final episode. But he also added that there also a few things that are not there in the hamper as they are too big to fit in there. See, I am sharp. Now, the question is what are those unrevealed items? We hope they are better than these. Seriously, guests can buy their own damn coffee and cookies.
