Packed with loads of stylised action and dark humour, the film looks intriguing for sure
Siddharth had a terrific 2014 – with films like Jigarthanda, Kaaviya Thalaivan and Ennakul Oruvan helping him to break his chocolate boy image.
And as 2015 comes to a close, Siddharth has something very interesting lined up for fans. Jil Jung Juk starring Siddharth, Sananth Reddy and Avinash Raghudevan is releasing this December and by the looks of it, it seems to be a crazy crime comedy. The trailer of Jil Jung Juk is out and this is what I thought of it:
The first thing that catches the eye is Siddharth’s blue hair as the actor shines in the new look. He also sports a twirling moustache in the film. Siddharth seems to be playing a crime lord, who embarks on a crazy adventure with his two quirky sidekicks. The film also stars veteran actors like Radha Ravi and Nasser. Radha Ravi’s look will remind you of Sacha Baron Cohen’s comedy Dictator. With vintage cars, guns, bullets, cowboy style goons and loads of quirky dark humour, Jil Jung Juk seems to have the potential to be the next big thing in Tamil film industry. Lets hope the film delivers to its promise on the big screen.
