It seems the actor loves sporting the flag in his films’ publicity material
In your enthusiasm for Independence Day, if you happen to search for Bollywood movie posters with the tricolour on it, you won’t find many. But there will be a plenty of images of a couple of Shahrukh Khan films with either the flag or the colours saffron, white and green incorporated somewhere. The two films we are talking about are Chak De! India and Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani. Even some of the greatest classic films have avoided the use of the Indian flag in posters, mainly to avoid controversy wethinks. But that gives SRK an advantage in projecting himself as the most patriotic actor around. Just look at the pictures and tell us what you think!
