While we thought it was all in reaction to publicly being slammed as the ‘flag-bearer of nepotism”? Today’s Mumbai Mirror report further brings out this another interesting twist in the tale stating how Hrithik Roshan could also be indirectly having a hand in Karan Johar’s fallout with Kangana Ranaut In the sense, not that Hrithik personally involved himself to bash Kangana for he would probably never associate himself with anything related to Kangana after what happened in the past, but a source close to Mumbai Mirror wonders if, “Karan Johar is in fact wooing Hrithik Roshan who has famously fallen out with Ranaut, for a film he’s doing. In making jibes at Ranaut, could KJO be making it extremely clear which side of the battle line he is on?” We dunno how believable is this theory but then, you never know…Also read: Karan Johar says he is done with Kangana Ranaut playing the victim card, suggests she leaves the industry – watch video
For all the ignorant, the Karan-Kangana mutual hate began after Kangana slammed Karan on Koffee With Karan 5 by calling him the ‘flag-bearer of nepotism. Although Karan maintained his sanity on his show but he royally slammed Kangana on a public forum yesterday. He said, “She was my guest and I had to hear what she had to say. She has a right to have an opinion. When she says ‘Flag bearer of Nepotism’, I just want to say her, I am glad she knows what it all means. I don’t think she has understood the entire meaning of the term. What is nepotism… am I working with my nieces, nephews, daughters, cousins? And what about those 15 filmmakers, who are not from the film industry, who I have launched and who did the movies. That we’re not going to talk about! Tarun Mansukhani, Puneet Malhotra, Shakun Batra, Shashank Khaitan… they all come from no film background. You give these people film careers and they have a platform to stand on and that’s the reverse of nepotism. I’m done with Kangana playing the woman and victim card. I am done! You cannot be this victim every time and have a sad story to tell about how you’ve been terrorised by the bad world of the industry … leave it”
Now it’s left to see how will Kangana deal with this mess hereafter. Your thoughts?
