Kapil Sharma’s comeback on Sony Entertainment Television with Family Time with Kapil Sharma is one of the most anticipated events of this month. Last year, the ace comedian made news after this mid-air spat with Sunil Grover. Well, lot has transpired in Kapil’s life post that. He was under fire for cancelling shoots at the last minute with celebs. Later, he opened up about his health issues that included anxiety problems and troubles with alcohol. The channel, Sony TV supported him whole-heartedly allowing him time to recover from all those issues. There was talk that Kapil Sharma could come back with season two of The Kapil Sharma Show but he has decided to come back with a fresh format. However, there seems to be an issue. While the date of the show going on air has been revealed to be March 25, sources told Bollywood Life that the channel is playing it safe. It seems the comedian has been told to keep a bank of five episodes ready before the show actually goes on air. “They want to ensure that there is no last minute cancellation at the start of the show,” the source said. Last year, he had cancelled many shoots with stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn and Arjun Kapoor, which had miffed many. However, a source from the channel has denied the news of there being a diktat on the star comedian. On the health front, he looks fit and raring to go. Even Kapil’s fans are keen on his return.
