Marvel’s latest venture Avengers: Infinity War continues to achieve new milestone each passing day at the box office. In just 12 days, the film raked in Rs 196.59 crore at the box office. The film will today surpass the lifetime business of Salman Khan’s 2012 blockbuster which had raked in Rs 198 crore in its theatrical run. It will also enter the Rs 200 crore club making it the first Hollywood film to do so. As Alia Bhatt’s Raazi, which is hitting the screens this week is not a typical commercial potboiler, we are Avengers: Infinity War to continue its dominance at the box office.
In the upcoming days, the superhero film will surpass many Bollywood biggies like Golmaal Again, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo and Happy New Year. Talking about Avengers franchise at the worldwide box office, the first installment had grossed $ 1.5 billion while the Age of Ultron grossed $ 1.4 billion. By analyzing the current scenario, we definitely think the film can cross $ 2 million mark but crossing the lifetime of Avatar will be a difficult task for the Avengers: Infinity War. The film is produced by Kevin Feige and screenplay of the film is written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely.
