Hollywood’s latest release Avengers: Infinity War is refusing to slow down at the box office. The Marvel superhero flick took the complete advantage of yesterday’s holiday and raked in around Rs 20.50 crore at the ticket windows. It currently stands with the grand total of Rs 135.32 crore. Looking at the current scenario, we are expecting the film to cross Rs 160 crore mark by the end of its opening week. It is currently the third highest grossing film of 2018 after Padmaavat and Baaghi 2 and will soon overtake Tiger Shroff starrer to acquire the second position.

Despite having just 2000 screens in the domestic circuit, the film has shattered many box office records of the Bollywood biggies. Made on the estimated budget of around $ 350 million, it is shot in England, Scotland, USA and Georgia. Produced by Kevin Feige, the screenplay of the film is written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely. Avengers: Infinity War, which is the 19th Marvel Studios’ movie, brings together 22 superheroes like Iron Man, Thor and The Hulk against one supervillain Thanos. Apart from English, the film is released in the dubbed versions of Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Directed by Joe Russo and Anthony Russo, the film features the ensemble cast of Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Benedict Cumberbatch, Don Cheadle, Tom Holland, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, Josh Brolin and Chris Pratt.
