18 years of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi bahu Thi: Even Ekta Kapoor admits Mihir Virani changed every week

How many of you remember Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi? The Netflix generation can look the other way while reading this question because you clearly missed the best. Coming back to KSBKBT which changed Indian Television forever, it was one of the most watched shows. A joint family, an obsessed mother of a good son and her resentment toward girls from impoverished families getting close to her son and the son, who created history. He was named Mihiri Virani and till date, no male character on Television has managed to attain the legendary status that he had achieved. But the show took the adage ‘Change is the only constant’ so seriously that Mihir saw many new faces. Even Ekta Kapoor admits there was one new Mihir every week! Today the show has completed 18 years and both Smriti Irani and Ekta Kapoor got nostalgic about it. While the Minister couldn’t stop thanking everyone for believing in her, Kapoor spoke about how it changed her life.
