In the last 6 days, we have seen at least 6 new stills of Chiyaan Vikram from his upcoming movie – Dhruva Natchathiram. Each of them showed us a stylish side to the actor, that we have been swooning over. He’s been sporting a full beard, salt n pepper hair and suiting up for a few of them – now you get why we were weak in the knees. And now the makers have shared yet another still from the movie – he appears to be engrossed in an important call. Sporting a greenish-blue woolen sweater, he looks casual yet super fashionable. ( yet again) And no, we will never be tired of multiples posters starring Chiyaan Vikram. If an actor can look at this at 50, we aren’t complaining. Dhruva Natchathiram is Gautham Menon‘s pet project that he was to do originally with Suriya. But the duo fell out due to some differences. In fact, Suriya even shared a letter explaining his reasons for exiting the project. But very recently, he did mention on a TV show that he regretted his action and wished he had handled the problem better. Now looking forward to Chiyaan take up his role and make it his own. In fact, the makers are also planning a big surprise tomorrow. We can’t wait. What a treat for all fans, this Pongal. Vikram is also busy with another film with Vijay Chader and Saami 2 with Hari.
As for Gautham Menon, he has a film coming up with Dhanush and Megha Akash this year – Ennai Nokki Thotta Payum. The film will include elements of romance and hardcore action. Rana Daggubati will also play a crucial role in this film. The movie that was to release in February will now release in May or June. Also recent reports have confirmed that Gautham Menon is not collaborating with Nivin Pauly and Vikram. But he will be joining hands with Prithviraj and five other south stars. They will start shooting this August.
