Akshay Kumar LEAKS the plot of Singh Is Bliing; confirms Lara Dutta is the REAL villain!

Here are some exclusive details about the Prabhu Dheva directorial…

Akshay Kumar, Amy Jacson and Lara Dutta are gearing up for the release of their upcoming romcom, Singh Is Bliing. Ever since the name was first announced, the film was rumoured to be a sequel of the hit 2008 film, Singh Is King for various reasons – the similar names, the same lead actor, the same Punjabi backdrop. However, Akshay has time and again claimed that it’s not a sequel and after knowing the exact storyline of the film, we vouch for it. BollywoodLife recently learnt the plot of the film and the fact that the real villain in the film is NOT Kay Kay Menon, but Lara Dutta.

At a recent media interaction, while talking about Lara and her role in the film, Akshay spilled the beans saying, ” The whole story is that Amy doesn’t know how to speak Hindi and I don’t know how to speak English and our romance has started. But there is a communication gap. She can’t understand me and I can’t get a word of what she says, so we call for a translator and Lara is the translator. The whole film is about how she messes up my love story. Because if the translator is messing things up, then the whole story is going to go haywire and that’s what this beautiful love story is all about.”

Clearly, Lara is the person who’s lead Raftaar Singh (Akshay’s character) to the dangerous villain.

Lara further revealed more deets about her character saying, “Her name is Emily and he (Akshay) can’t pronounce it so he calls her Imli. So I’m the one with the Khatta name. She’s a quirky, geeky character who steps into a situation and reads it completely wrong. So Akshay can’t speak any English and Amy can’t speak any Hindi and they hire a translator to communicate but Emily has her own agenda. She thinks that Akshay is the biggest goon and so she has her own translations to whatever she wants and messes up the whole situation.”

Well, that’s going to be one confusing love story and we are quite eager to watch what the whole confusion leads up to. What about you?
